ABOUT NAMU
WORLDWIDE RECOGNITION
Our team consists of three WorldSkills Competitions medalists:
Su Kim, Chaebeom Lim, & Jayce Gong.
Each one of us has participated in an international skills competition for Joinery/Cabinet Making as a national champion of South Korea. Kim won a bronze medal in the 2005 WorldSkills Helenski (Finland), Gong won a gold medal in the 2009 WorldSkills Calgary (Canada), and Lim won a silver medal in 2016 Bordeaux (France).
“NAMU” means wood in Korean. With 15+ years of woodworking experience, we have mastered all the possible woodworking techniques and skills. We have come to the U.S. with a passion and vision to offer our sophisticated techniques and delicacy that we pride ourselves on.
